Dear Daddy "O" I Miss You ALREADY...
and it hasn't even been a full week, since we last spoke on the phone.
You sounded so beautiful and it was another one of our heart to heart talks in your typical loving and caring way!
I know without a doubt you are with Jesus wrapping His arms around you saying; Well Done... My Good and Faithful Servant✝️ Now, you may Finally Rest In HIS PEACE🙏✝️🦋

Bruce Hawkins was one of the finest and most genuine men I have ever known. We all loved him. He was such a good friend to our whole family. He and Josephine were two of our very dearest friends, living behind us in Warren. We shared our extended families, siblings, cousins, kids, friends, and grandparents. We laughed together, prayed together, cried together, and ate together. Mary Jo was like one of my kids. Then we were so happy that Bruce found you, Gen. He was one happy man. You were the perfect fit, both being people of faith among many other interests in common. My heart breaks for you as I know how much you love Bruce.

I must share at least one memory out of hundreds. The postman had threatened to cut off our mail delivery if my husband Ron didn't stop propping up our mailbox by sticking the metal flag in the crevice of a telephone pole. Someone had knocked the mailbox over. So Bruce bailed Ron out and built an exact replica of our house on Sleepy Hollow for the mailbox, flat roof and striated siding and all. We were all there the day Ron and Bruce left a Scotch highball for the mailman (who promptly declined as he was on duty). The Postman did thank Bruce for the beautiful work and said he would now continue to deliver mail to the Colavincenzos. That was our friend, Bruce, a man of compassion and a man of talent. We grieve with you and Mary Jo and Joseph, but we also know that Bruce is in the arms of the Savior. "Well done, Good and Faithful Servant." We love you. God loves you even more.
