Richard Brindiar

COITSVILLE TWP Richard Brindiar, 74, died Friday evening May 6, 2016 at his home. He was born April 12, 1942 in Youngstown, a son of John and Elizabeth Fabry Brindiar and was a lifelong Coitsville resident. Mr. Brindiar served with the United States Army from 1964 to 1970 with the 523rd MP Company USA Material Command and was a member of the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Youngstown. He worked for Ajax Tocco Magnethermic for over 40 years, retiring in 2006 and also owned and operated B & R Mink Ranch for many years. Richard enjoyed farming, hunting, gardening, fishing and anything to do with the outdoors. He leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Robert and Donald Brindiar and one great nephew Mark A. McConnell II. There are no calling hours or funeral services. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512. Arrangements are being handled by the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
